Florence And The Machine Announce UK Arena Dates For December 2012

It's been almost a year since Florence + The Machine's sophomore album, Ceremonials, was released to a wave of critical praise and commercial success with 2.5 million albums sold globally. Florence is now delighted to announce a new set of UK tour dates to round off yet another world-wind year.

Summer 2012 has seen Florence + the Machine breathe life into festival stage after festival stage, both at home and abroad, conquering main stages at the likes of Reading & Leeds and Radio's 1s Hackney Weekend, as well as headlining Friday night at Bestival. Her winter tour dates will see her take in some of the country's biggest venues, including London's 18,000 capacity O2 Arena in London on December 5 - that's some way to close an epic year for the girl from Camberwell.

Support will come from new US talent HAIM

Ceremonials, which debuted at No.1 in the Album charts almost a year ago, has taken Florence + The Machine to new heights worldwide. Florence also celebrated her long-awaited first UK No.1 single this year with 'Spectrum' in July.
