Eugene Quell heads up his debut headline show with a peak at a new track off his forthcoming EP 'A Great Uselessness' that will come out 4th August via Sonic Anhedonic Recording Company. New cut 'Alta Loma' is another fuzzed out gem of a song by an artist with so much prolific skill he's been making a career under various guises for almost a decade.
Eugene Quell digs deep with his over-driven guitar screeches on Alta Loma and points further towards being the UK's champion of slacker-pop. The track once again features Hannah Lou Clarke on backing vocals with Quell immersing himself in making sure he's pushing the lo-fi mixer he's recording on to it's red lined limits.
