Download Festival Brings Back Official Tv Show 'The Lowdown' On March 22nd 2013

At 6pm on Friday 22 March get ready to rock out in the official warm up to Download Festival, as Scuzz TV brings back The Lowdown - the official Download Festival TV show. With interviews featuring Slipknot/Stone Sour's Corey Taylor, Bullet For My Valentine, Enter Shikari, Gaslight Anthem, HIM and many more - this is the perfect way to gear up for the biggest rock event of the year.

Terry 'Beez' Bezer, The Lowdown host and Scuzz Channel Manager, said: "The Lowdown is unlike any show on music television. It's a unique, interactive experience that celebrates the Download audience's incomparable passion and brings the fans closer to the bands playing this year's festival than ever before. With interviews with the biggest stars, fan curated segments and charts, competitions and a genuine fun factor, The Lowdown is your essential guide to all things Download 2013. We at Scuzz couldn't be prouder to be bringing it to your screens.

The Download Festival is the UK?s, award winning, premier Rock Festival. A mammoth 5 day rock event, based at the spiritual home of rock - Donington Park. Produced by Live Nation, the organizers behind multi-award winning UK festivals such as Reading & Leeds, Creamfields, Yahoo! Wireless, Hard Rock Calling, Lattitude, Bluesfest, Kissbeach and Magic Summer Live and many more across Europe.

For the second year running, Scuzz TV are producing the official Download show, with brand new episodes going out every week on Friday at 6pm and several repeats within the week. As if that wasn't enough, this year, once each episode comes off air, it will be uploaded to the official Download youtube channel for fans to enjoy again and again.

Offering the chance to win weekend tickets to Download Festival and  a weekly slot with Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson, The Lowdown is the ultimate way to get ready for the world's biggest rock festival. Download Festival Chief Promoter, Andy Copping said:

'After the huge success of it's first year, we're really proud to be working with Beez and Scuzz TV in brining back The Lowdown for a second year running. We're the only festival that can boast having their own official TV show that showcases just how awesome and diverse our event and more importantly, our fans are. Beez and his team do an incredible job of bringing fans everything they could possibly want to know about the festival and the acts that grace our stages. I'm just sorry in advance for putting Beez's face on the main stage screens again this year!'
