Cliff Richard 'Rip It Up' First Single To Be Released From New Album 'The Fabulous Released 11th November 2013

Cliff Richard, the UK's all-time greatest hit-maker, releases 'Rip It Up' as the first single to be taken from new album 'The Fabulous Rock 'n' Roll Songbook'. Single and album are both available from 11 November through Rhino Records.
'Rip it Up' is an energetic rock 'n' roll track in the style of Cliff's 1950s early material. Originally made famous by Little Richard, the track shot to the top of the charts worldwide and has previously been covered by none other than Elvis Presley.
Cliff Richard cites Little Richard as one of his biggest inspirations, with the 'Richard' surname a tribute to the rock 'n' roll great. The new album,  'The Fabulous Rock 'n' Roll Songbook' also released on 11 November, is new studio album of 15 great rock 'n' roll tracks and is Cliff Richard's tribute to the greats of rock 'n' roll who inspired and influenced him.
