Playboy model NICOLE LENZ has filed a $1 million (GBP555,000) lawsuit against actress and singer Bijou Phillips and socialite Casey Johnson.

The former PLAYMATE filed the suit in LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT, accusing the BULLY actress and JOHNSON + JOHNSON heiress of "slander, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress".

Lenz alleges Phillips "punched her in the face with a closed fist and violently pulled her hair", at an Mtv Movie Awards after-party at Los Angeles nightclub EXIS on 5 June (04), before FRIENDS star Matthew Perry intervened.

Lenz claims she suffered "a good deal of neck pain" after Phillips - the daughter of the late MAMAS AND THE PAPAS singer JOHN PHILLIPS - dragged her by the ponytail.

The brunette beauty, 24, alleges Phillips also screamed "obscenities" at her, calling her "a thief, a whore and a prostitute" - all in front of "important" show business players.

Lenz accused her former roommate Johnson of "conspiring" to "irreparably harm her reputation" by planting newspaper stories falsely claiming that Lenz attacked Phillips at the club and stole over $750,000 (GBP416,000) in jewellery from Johnson's house.

After the alleged attack, Lenz filed a temporary restraining order against Phillips on 17 June (04).
