Pop star Pink has been an emotional wreck since she gave birth to her first child, and she's convinced she has "cried more" than her daughter over the last few weeks.
The So What hitmaker and husband Carey Hart became first-time parents when they welcomed Willow Sage on 2 June (11), and the singer has opened up about her post-natal experiences in a new interview.
Pink admits she was scared she would end up arguing with her partner in the first few weeks after the birth, but she reports the experience has been a smooth one apart her baby blues.
She tells People magazine, "(Willow has) been amazing. Everyone gives you this terrifying picture of no sleep at all, bickering which leads to divorce... they made it sound like waterboarding (torture). It's not that bad! I think I've cried more than she has and that's just because I'm emotional and a little nuts."
Pink also reveals she has delighted in seeing Hart care for the newborn, adding, "I knew when I met him he'd be a great father, but watching him fall in love, watching him nurture her, I've never been so in love with him in my life. He keeps thanking me for giving her to him. It's a beautiful time."
