Darren McMullen and MTV - Darren McMullen, host of MTV music program ‘The Lair’ eats lunch on Sydney’s fashionable Stanley Street. Just days later, while on holiday in Rio de Janeiro, McMullen was robbed of his passport and threatened with jail and blackmail when men posing as security guards conducted drug possession checks on the television presenter and his friends at a dance party on the Rio beach front, despite his claims that they were carrying no drugs. Sydney, Australia. - Scottish-born McMullen recently had a shotgun pointed at his face when he arrived at a Sydney bar for drinks with a friend, only to discover balaclava-clad bandits emerging from a nearby brothel whose safe and takings they were stealing.
