* Mobo Awards AFTERPARTY MARRED BY VIOLENCE Britain's prestigious Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards on Wednesday night (20Oct10) were marred by violence as police shut down the show's official afterparty. Stars including British rapper Professor Green and N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, who both picked up prizes at the MOBO ceremony, were both reportedly guests at the post-awards bash at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool, England. But the festivities are said to have descended into chaos as brawls broke out at the venue, with partygoers taking shelter as bottles and glasses were hurled around the room, according to Britain's The Sun. Six police vans and several ambulances were stationed outside the hotel and cops took the decision to close down the party before the ugly scenes spiralled out of control.
