FASCINATING FACT 2351

AMERICAN IDOL star KATHERINE MCPHEE scrapped plans to perform her version of SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW at the Carousel Of Hope ball in Beverly Hills on Saturday (28OCT06) after learning her heroine WHITNEY HOUSTON would be in the audience. Instead, she performed Houston's I HAVE NOTHING, which earned her a standing ovation from the diva.
