Just days before Prime Minister Tony Blair says his farewells to the corridors of 11 Downing Street, it looks like the poor premier could be left homeless after a home improvement blunder.. Dealing with budgets and overspending should be a doddle for the man who controlled the country for 10 years - but judging by these pics of his wooden balustrade and scaffolding-ridden home-from-home in central London's posh Connaught Square, he should've called in moneyman and successor Gordon Brown to lend a hand with the paperwork - his builders appear to be dragging their heels on completion of their Labour.. Even the multicoloured mews house at the back of the multi-million pound property earmarked for the family's security team looks far from ready.. With time's ticking away in the run up to Tony's departure from his PM role at the end of the month, let's hope the Blairs won't be forced to slum it in a House of Commoners... (JC/WN/SH).
