BEN VEREEN, CICELY TYSON, ED ASNER and the leading members of the cast of ROOTS received a 50-second standing ovation at the 59th Emmy Awards on Sunday (16Sep07) as part of a 30th anniversary tribute to the epic drama series, which is still the third most watched TV show ever.
