FASCINATING FACT 1391

Acclaimed E.T. director STEVEN SPIELBERG has donated $350,000 (GBP200,000) to America's Planetary Society to fund a new telescope. The astronomical device, based in Massachusetts, will be used to detect signal-carrying light in a bid to discover extra terrestrial messages.
