Former SPICE GIRLS star MELANIE BROWN is reportedly planning a move to the Big Apple. The singer, currently based in Los Angeles, is negotiating to purchase a two-bedroom apartment for $2 million (GBP1 million), in a 43-storey tower in Midtown Manhattan, New York.
