FASCINATING FACT 2395

British actor SIMON CALLOW has stepped in to play cowardly knight SIR JOHN FALSTAFF in the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of MERRY WIVES THE MUSICAL next month (DEC06) after original star DESMOND BARRIT injured his foot. It will be Callow's first work with the RSC.
