OZZY OSBOURNE is poking fun at his own slurred speech in a new TV ad for mobile phone company Samsung. In the ad, the heavy rocker attempts to converse with a barista, a taxi driver and a psychiatrist - and opts to text them with his Samsung Propel when they fail to understand him.
