FASCINATING FACT 2232 US network NBC will produce a new television series based on the 1970s hit show THE BIONIC WOMAN, which was a spin-off of THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN. LINDSAY WAGNER starred in the original series as tennis pro-turned superwoman JAMIE SOMMERS. No casting decisions have been made yet for the new series. 11/10/2006
