The 24 star is serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail, but is expected to be released on Monday (21Jan08) for good behaviour.. And prison spokesman John Balian insists Sutherland has been the model inmate.. He says, He was very humble, never complained. He didn't give us any problems at all..
