KATY PERRY is to host this year's MTV Europe Music Awards for the second consecutive year - the first star to present the show two years in a row. The I KISSED A GIRL hitmaker will host the bash in Berlin, Germany on 5 November (09). GREEN DAY and LEONA LEWIS are slated to perform at the event.
