FASCINATING FACT 6397

The musical adaptation of DREAMGIRLS - which starred BEYONCE KNOWLES and JENNIFER HUDSON on the big screen in 2006 - will begin its Broadway revival at New York's famed Apollo Theater in November 2009 as part of the venue's 75th anniversary. The original Broadway production of the show ran for more than 1,500 performances from 1981 to 1985.
