British pop star LEONA LEWIS is to strip off for charity - she'll reportedly join the likes of ALICIA SILVERSTONE and EVA MENDES to campaign against the fur trade in a new advert for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)'s 'I'd rather go naked than wear fur' cause.
