EASY RIDER star DENNIS HOPPER's first sheepdog was given to him by Kansas neighbours the Clutters, who later became the subjects of TRUMAN CAPOTE's book IN COLD BLOOD after the family was slain by killers PERRY SMITH and DICK HICKOCK.
