SIENNA MILLER has teamed up with comediennes DAWN FRENCH and JENNIFER SAUNDERS to parody MERYL STREEP's movie musical MAMMA MIA! as part of the U.K.'s Comic Relief charity appeal. Miller, donning a long blonde wig, belts out the high notes for the spoof, set to air in Britain on Friday (13Mar09).
