BRITNEY SPEARS gave up more than two hours of her time to give her deposition at attorney MARK VINCENT KAPLAN's Los Angeles office on Monday (21Jan08) as part of her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE. She arrived with companion Sam Lutfi at 10.40am and didn't leave the building until 1.20pm.
