The outfit worn by BRITNEY SPEARS during her appearance at the 2001 MTV Music Awards has been sold on internet auction site eBay for $34,000 (GBP20,000). The pop star sported the costume, comprising a skimpy green bikini top, hot pants and jewel encrusted boots, with an albino python around her neck during her performance of SLAVE 4 U at the annual award ceremony.
