DOCTOR WHO star BILLIE PIPER and actor husband LAURENCE FOX have gone under the tattooist's needle to celebrate their December (07) marriage name. Piper has 'Mr Fox 31.12.07' (the date of their wedding) on her arm while Fox has 'Mrs Fox 31.12.07' inked on his limb.
