The grand opening of celebrity-owned Hollywood restaurant Shin was a star-studded affair on Tuesday night (14Oct08) with guests including KIRSTEN DUNST, BIJOU PHILLIPS, singers ADAM LEVINE and will.i.am, and rocker JOEL MADDEN. The Korean BBQ eatery is part-owned by MARK RONSON, GERARD BUTLER and THE STROKES' JULIAN CASABLANCAS.
