MOTLEY CRUE frontman VINCE NEIL had an embarrassing moment during the band's show in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday night (21Jul09). The singer slipped and fell during their performance of Dr. Feelgood. Security guards rushed to help the star to his feet, but Neil was unfazed by the tumble and was able to get up and carry on singing. 23/07/2009
