*file photos* * Usher WELCOMES SECOND BABY R&B star USHER has become a dad for the second time with wife TAMEKA FOSTER. The couple - who married in 2007 - welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday (10Dec08), reports People.com. The new addition, whose name has not yet been released, joins older brother Usher Raymond V - born 26 November (07). A source tells the magazine Usher, 30, was at his wife's side during the delivery. Announcing the pregnancy news last month (Nov08), he told news magazine show Access Hollywood the baby was one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.
