Hip-hop mogul Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter has become just the third African-American to make it onto this year's (06) Vanity Fair Annual New Establishment Power List. The rapper ranks number 46, behind OPRAH WINFREY (9) and RICHARD PARSONS of Time Warner (11).
