Star-studded Hurricane Katrina benefit concerts, staged at New York's Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden on 20 September (05) raised over $9 million (GBP5 million) for the cause. The shows featured SIR ELTON JOHN, TOM WAITS, JIMMY BUFFETT and the DAVE MATTHEWS BAND.
