This was the heartbreaking moment cops removed the bodies of two tragic dog-walkers who were killed by Hurricane Sandy. Jacob Vogelman, 23, and teacher Jessie Streich-Kest, 24, were walking their pit bull Max in New York's Ditmas Park on Monday night when they were hit by a falling tree as the storm battered America's East Coast. It is believed the couple was killed at some time before 10pm but the bodies were not discovered at the park in Brooklyn until the following morning. Max survived the horror and was taken to a nearby veterinarian for treatment to a head injury. New York City, USA - 30.10.12
