They should let him live because he's done so many positive things." Rapper SNOOP DOGG explains why he's supporting a last-ditch effort to persuade Death Row authorities to give convicted Los Angeles gang leader STANLEY 'TOOKIE' WILLIAMS a stay of execution. The rapper will attend a rally outside San Quentin State Prison tomorrow (19NOV05). Williams has been sentenced to death next month (DEC05).
