WILLIAM AND KATE: THE ROYAL COMICBOOK To coincide with the Royal Wedding in April 2011, British graphic novel publisher Markosia Enterprises are releasing a biographical graphic novel on the lives of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Entitled 'Fame: The Royals - Prince William and Kate Middleton', the graphic novel is written by Written by Rich Johnston and pencilled and inked by Pablo Martinena. The happy couple's story is formatted in two sections. The Front half of the book, drawn by the Welsh artist Mike Collins, depicts Kate's story in the manner of a 1970's girls comic book - each event represented in a fictional diary. Whilst the back half is drawn by the Scottish artist Gary Erskine and follows William from the rugby pitches of Eton to army officer training at Sandhurst before his army and Raf exploits. The narrative is told via newspaper headlines and mission briefings in a style that evokes memories of classic British comics like the Boy's Own Paper, Battle, Action and Warlord. This is a PR photo. The Things They Say: 3696265

"I'm like Rupert Murdoch marinated in Ted Turner... I am a ferocious businesswoman who looks very, very closely... at the bottom line but I'm not ruthless. I don't try to hurt people by telling not truths. I think Ted Turner is that way." Jane Fonda tells GoldDerby.com her tough-talking character in The Newsroom is loosely based on her media mogul ex-boyfriend Ted Turner.
