Police closed off Glasgow city centre on Friday afternoon (10Feb12) after a man claiming he had a bomb barricaded himself into Amarone Italian restaurant on Nelson Mandela Place. Specialist negotiators used a megaphone to communicate with the man and he was eventually arrested after an eight-hour standoff Glasgow, Scotland - 10.02.12
