Theodora Richards, 25, was also in Possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, according to TMZ.com. Police sources tell the website the Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger model was using a paint marker to graffiti the letters TNA onto the side of a building in Soho when she was apprehended. Cops found the drugs during a body search after she was taken into custody. Richards is currently awaiting arraignment.
