James Bourne arrives at the High Court. Ex-Busted band members James Bourne and Matt Willis are being sued for royalties by former members of the pop group, Ki Fitzgerald and Owen Doyle, who left the band before their chart success. Fitzgerald and Doyle claim to have started Busted and written several of the band's hits and allege they were forced to sign away their rights. Three of the defendants named in the action, the band's former manager Richard Rashman, record producer John MacLauchlan and Rashman's management company Prestige, have already settled out of court.
