Swiss rock festival Blue Balls has been fined 1,500 Swiss francs ($1,170/GBP650) after former STOOGES singer IGGY POP blasted out his music too loudly. The LUST FOR LIFE hitmaker exceeded the 100 decibel sound limit by 2.5 decibels.
