Ella-Paige Roberts Clark - Justin Bieber celebrates his 19th birthday with a late night trip to a club, followed by a kebab in Paddington. The popstar left his hotel at 3am, and headed to British Luxury Club, where he was joined by the same two girls who were pictured out with him two nights ago. The girls appeared anxious not to be photographed, and were rather camera shy. However when Justin left the club at 5am, he had ditched the two girls for his rumoured girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts Clark. She joined him for a kebab at Shishawi on Edgeware Road, before the pair headed back to his hotel at 6am. - London, United Kingdom - Friday 1st March 2013
