Rap mogul SEAN COMBS is planning to relocate his annual star-studded White Party to St Tropez, France this summer (06). The rapper has staged the swanky party at his home in The Hamptons, New York in recent years but will stage the 2006 party in Europe at an estate to be confirmed. 20/07/2006
