The 19 year old posted $50,000 (£34,250) bail on Sunday (08Feb09) evening, according to FOXNews.com.. It follows an incident in the early hours of Sunday morning in which Brown and an unidentified woman were involved in a heated row in a vehicle in Los Angeles.. According to a police report, After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated.. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.. Police received a 911 call reporting the disturbance.. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene.. Brown turned himself in to cops at a Los Angeles police station later on Sunday.. According to law enforcement records, Brown was taken into custody at 6:30 p.m.. and was officially booked at 7:41 p.m.. for making criminal threats.. Brown posted the bail amount and was released at 8:35 p.m., reports People.com.. On Saturday night (07Feb09), Brown and girlfriend Rihanna - who were both scheduled to perform at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday (08Feb09) - attended music mogul Clive Davis' pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills.. Both stars cancelled their appearances at the big show.. Police are refusing to identify the woman involved in the drama..
