Carmen Electra celebrates the first birthday of 'The Bank' nightclub, situated in Sydney's red light district of Kings Cross and owned by the controversial 'King Of the Cross' John Ibrahim. Ibrahim is the owner and promoter of many nightspots in Sydney's red light area and is also the subject of a popular Australian television series, 'Underbelly' which looks at organized crime in the Sydney and Melbourne Underworld.
