N*E*R*D frontman Pharrell Williams has been left without a co-host at this year's (04) MUSIC OF BLACK ORIGIN (MOBO) awards in London.

Organisers were desperate for the MAYBE singer to present the annual music bash with MISTEEQ star Alesha Dixon on 30 September (04) and are devastated she's snubbed the show to perform in Dubai.

Nearly all the big-name nominations will be absent from the prestigious ceremony at London's Royal Albert Hall, including Beyonce Knowles, Usher, Jay-Z, Outkast, Mike Skinner, Christina Milian, Dizzee Rascal, Kanye West and Alicia Keys.

A MOBO insider complains, "The organisation has been shambolic. Pharrell isn't keen to work with someone he doesn't know and there are no suitable replacements.

"Unless they can do something pretty amazing at the last minute it's almost not going to be worth it."
