Petra Nemcova - The 31-year-old Czech model Petra Nemcova, attempted to fight back the tears after she was announced as the latest celebrity to be eliminated from Dancing With The Stars. Nemcova and partner Dmitry Chaplin had finished joint bottom of the leader-board after their quickstep routine the previous evening, reports the UK's Daily Mail.
Petra was caught wiping away the tears after being voted off the reality show in the public vote. Speaking to hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke after learning her fate, Nemcova was in high spirits, saying, "It's been a life-changing journey for me and I made amazing friends. Dmitry put up with me for two months". The model found herself in the bottom three on last night's results show, alongside the actress Kirstie Alley and wrestling star Chris Jericho. Judge Len Goodman attacked the public's voting as "madness", claiming neither of the contestants deserved to be leaving the show. Jericho's involvement in the nail biting elimination was the biggest surprise of the night, considering he had gained high praise from the judges and scored 26 for Monday's routine.
Petra Nemcova had finished joint top of the leader-board on last week's show and was regarded as one of the favourites to win the competition.
