The Mysterious Girl hitmaker married doctor Emily MACDonagh in Exeter on Saturday (11Jul15) but the couple has been unable to jet away to an exotic location to celebrate the union as Andre was summoned to London's High Court.

He was called as a witness in a case between his former TV producer Neville Hendricks and the bosses of British channel ITV2. Hendricks sued the channel for damages for cancelling his reality TV shows, including Andre's, but ITV2 bosses claim Hendricks was in breach of contract and are also seeking damages.

Andre is expected to return to court on Wednesday (15Jul15) to give evidence.

The singer and MACDonagh began dating in 2012 and they have a daughter named Amelia.
