Troubled rocker Pete Doherty has been turned down for a gun license after he became interested in pheasant hunting - according to media reports. The Babyshambles frontman became enamoured with the 'sport' after a recent trip to the Cotswold region of England, but was refused a gun license because of his drug convictions. A close friend of the singer tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "He loves nothing more than going out to the Cotswolds with KATE (MOSS) and chilling out. "But recently he decided he wanted to get more of a taste for the country and thought that he could take up shooting. "He could hardly lie on the form so it's not surprising he was turned down."
