JANE'S ADDICTION star Perry Farrell is planning another Lollapalooza festival trek across America this summer (04) even though high costs led to cancellation of shows last year (03).

The touring festival featured Jane's Addiction, Queens Of The Stone Age, Incubus and Audioslave last year (03) and Farrell is keen to do it again in 2004.

Farrell, who launched Lollapalooza in 1991 with a line-up featuring Jane's Addiction, Nine Inch Nails and Ice-T, is considering the acts he'd like to include on this year's bill, but it's unknown if Jane's Addiction will be one of them.

The group recently cancelled a tour with Marilyn Manson, citing "exhaustion brought on by a rigorous touring schedule."
