Paulina Gretzky has decided to shut down her Twitter account, apparently after chatting with her father - Nhl legend Wayne. The 22-year-old party-girl littered her account with numerous provocative images, but the page has since been taken down.
The aspiring model and actress tweeted last week before shutting down the page, "Having a nice sit down dinner with my dad about social media..haha". Her very last tweet came on Saturday (November 26, 2011), telling her 24,000 followers, "Taking a break from Twitter for a bit. Happy Holidays!!! Xoxo". Paula first rose to prominence in 2003 when she sang at the Heritage Classic outdoor game in Edmonton, when the Oilers played the Montreal Canadians, according to the Edmonton Journal. Her song 'Collecting Dust' appeared on the soundtrack to the MTV show 'Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County' and she made her acting debut in the 2009 remake of 'George Blonde Senior' as well as appearing opposite Gary Oldman and Christian Slater in 'Guns, Girls and Gambling'.
Paulina is the eldest of Wayne and Janet Jones's five children. Nicknamed 'The Great One', her father is generally considered to be the best player in the history of the National Hockey League.
