Paul Walker's girlfriend, Jasmine, has received a lot of media attention over the past few days, but has herself chosen to retreat to a familiar environment.
Paul Walker’s girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell is reportedly “broken up” over the sudden and tragic death of the actor. The 23-year-old woman had been dating Walker (40) for the past seven years. She has now turned to her mother, Julie, for support – as you do in difficult situations. Pilchard-Gosnell and the age difference between the two has attracted a lot of attention since Walker's passing, which might be why the young woman has decided to protect her privacy and retreat from media enquiries.
“Paul was a really good guy and Jasmine is broken up by this. I went to Thanksgiving with him, played golf with him, Jasmine’s uncle Barton Bruner reportedly said for the Daily Mail. ”They had their ups and downs but they were together and looking to spend a bright future together.”
Jasmine is a college student living in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to Walker’s death, the 23-year-old was reportedly starting to bond with the actor’s daughter Meadow who, at 15, is only eight years younger than her stepmother-to-be. Understandably, the teenager hasn’t been seen since Walker died in a car accident on Saturday. After Thanksgiving, which he spent with his daughter, the actor was scheduled to return to Atlanta and begin filming, Fast & Furious 7.
Walker's passing has thrown his friends and family in turmoil. Chief among them his girlfriend.
