Producers behind Walker's new thriller have confirmed they will be donating a portion of the film's box office revenue to his Reach Out Worldwide organisation following his death in a car crash in California last month (Nov13).
Hours was released in the U.S. this week (ends15Dec13).
Executives at Universal Pictures have also confirmed they will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the Dvd release of Walker's Fast & Furious 6 to the charity.
Donna Langley, chairman of Universal Pictures, says, "With the passing of Paul, the world has lost a man who spent a great deal of his life in service to others. We share in the deep grief of his family, friends and the countless fans who love him. We keep Paul's memory alive and honour his legacy through continued support of Reach Out WorldWide, the non-profit (charity) he founded to give hope to those who must rebuild after they have experienced natural disasters."
Walker was killed when the sports car he was travelling in crashed and burst into flames on 30 November (13). He was 40 years old.
