Fallen British soccer legend Paul Gascoigne has been arrested following an alleged drunken altercation at a train station.

The 46-year-old former sports star was held by cops on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and common assault after reportedly lashing out at an unidentified person at Stevenage railway station in Hertfordshire, England, on Thursday (04Jul13).

Gascoigne stayed in a cell overnight and was bailed on Friday (05Jul13).

The bust-up comes just five months after he was released from a rehabilitation facility in the U.S. where he had undergone treatment in a bid to kick his substance abuse problems for good.
